The Stay Alive Method^™

Our signature care ritual — the same four steps our designers use in the studio, written for your kitchen counter. It is the difference between flowers that last a long weekend and flowers that last a good two weeks.

Unwrap and hydrate

Open the box the moment it lands. Fill your vase with cool water and get every stem into it within the first ten minutes — the first drink is the one that matters most.
Cut on the angle

Trim one to two inches off each stem at a 45° angle with the shears from your welcome kit. The angled cut stops the stem sitting flat on the bottom of the vase and sealing itself shut.
Strip the waterline

Pull off any leaf that would sit below the water. Submerged foliage is what clouds the water and cuts vase life short — clean water, longer bloom.
Refresh every two days

Change the water, re-trim half an inch, and keep the vase out of direct sun, away from a/c vents, and away from ripening fruit. That is the whole ritual.

Can I skip or pause a delivery?

Any time. Skip a single month if you are travelling, pause the whole plan if you need a break, and pick it back up when you want flowers in the house again. Just let us know before your delivery date.

What does "Grower's Choice" mean?

Your designer builds each arrangement around what is genuinely at its peak that week — farm-direct garden roses and seasonal stems, chosen for fragrance, petal count, and how long they will last. It is the reason subscription blooms outperform anything picked off a shelf.

Where do you deliver?

Subscriptions are hand-delivered across Miami-Dade, free of charge. If you are outside our delivery radius, email us — we ship nationally on select arrangements.

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Yes — it is one of our most-requested gifts. Tell us the recipient, the address, and the date you want the first delivery to land, and we will include a handwritten note.

What if something does not arrive in perfect condition?

Every subscription is covered by our Arrive Alive® promise — your flowers arrive pristine or we make it right. Send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace the arrangement.

How do I cancel?

Email us and we will close it out — no retention call, no hoops. You keep the vase, the shears, and the care guide.
