Local Delivery
We proudly offer local delivery throughout Miami and surrounding areas.
- Delivery dates are selected during checkout.
- Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
- Delivery availability depends on your location.
Nationwide Shipping
Select bouquets, gift sets, candles, journals, and lifestyle products are available for shipping within the continental United States.
Fresh flowers are carefully packaged to protect their quality during transit.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
Flower Bar bookings, event florals, and custom orders may require additional preparation time. We'll communicate timelines with you after your order is placed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping and delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Occasionally, BloomDrop may offer free local delivery or special shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
When available, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Information

BloomDrop is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Events beyond our control
Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
Fresh Flowers
Fresh flowers are perishable and should be unpacked, trimmed, and placed in clean water as soon as possible after delivery.
BloomDrop cannot guarantee flower quality if arrangements are left outside or unattended for an extended period after delivery.
Flower Bar & Event Services
Flower Bar experiences, weddings, and event florals are delivered and set up according to the schedule outlined in your event agreement.
Delivery times for events are coordinated directly with the customer and venue.
