6. Flower Bar & Event Services
Flower Bar reservations require a signed agreement and deposit.
Final guest counts, event details, and floral selections must be confirmed before the event date.
Custom event orders are non-refundable once flowers and materials have been purchased.
7. Subscriptions
BloomDrop subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Customers may pause, skip, or cancel future deliveries before renewal.
Orders already processed cannot be canceled.
8. Returns & Refunds

9. Intellectual Property
